Okay to stay but do not order Western food.
Although the location of the property was far from the temple the surrounding was pleasant to look at. The garden within the premises was beautifully maintained and was good to look at.
The customer service was on a low side. Check in was not smooth. The kid at the counter had no idea. Then a guy with specs and suite walked in. When the kid asked him (presumably day time manager) what to do he was very rude to the kid. When speaking to him he was also rude and had attitude. He had no customer relations experience. However, when I met the night manager, Avinash in the morning it was all good. He was very pleasant to talk to, and he had answers to all the questions. He had good customer relations skills and he was able to arrange everything within 10 minutes. Indian food at the Bhoj restaurant was good but the Western food was worst I have had in my life. I ordered Fish and Chips which was no way near to the photo in the menu. Chips were passable but the fish was dark and almost burnt. When confronted the manager got it done again. The cook did not bother to do anything but reheat the fish and sent it back to me. Not a good cook.
